JEWELRY RETURNS... Stock Items are returnable within 1 week of receipt. Shipping & sizing charges are not refundable. Sized items will be charged another equal "re-sizing" fee. Returns must have an authorization number, which we will issue upon request. Items not returned in new (un-worn) condition will be subject to cleaning, polishing, refinishing fees as needed (usually $10-$20).
SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS... Special order items are returnable within 1 week of receipt less a 15% restocking fee. Shipping & sizing charges are not refundable. Sized items will be charged another equal "re-sizing" fee. Returns must have an authorization number, which we will issue upon request. Specific concerns will be addressed on an individual basis & we will work with you to make sure you choose an item you will be happy with. Items not returned in new (un-worn) condition will be subject to cleaning, polishing, refinishing fees as needed (usually $10-$20).
CUSTOM ITEMS... Custom made, altered or customized items Are NOT returnable under any circumstances. Special payment arrangements usually apply to these type items.
LOOSE STONE RETURNS ("stock" sizes/shapes)... "Stock" sizes/shapes are returnable within 1 week of receipt. Shipping charges are not refundable. Returns must have an authorization number, which we will issue upon request.
SPECIAL ORDER LOOSE STONES ("special order" sizes/shapes)... Special order stones are returnable within 1 week of receipt less a 15% restocking fee. Shipping & sizing charges are not refundable. Returns must have an authorization number, which we will issue upon request.
Most in stock items are processed & shipped within 2 days. Items that require sizing or any special requests can take another 2-5 days, although sizing is usually done in 1-2 days. Occasional items in other than standard finger sizes or gold color can take longer. Many platinum items can take 2-4 weeks. If you need an item for a specific date or occasion please let us know & we'll make every effort to have it for you on time (be sure to choose an appropriate shipping option to meet your time frame).
Standard shipping in the continental USA is via UPS 2-3 day air, which takes 2-3 business days depending on your distance from us. We need a physical address for shipping, UPS does not ship to PO Boxes. Upgrading shipping options are available during "check out".
Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, & APO are shipped out once a week & take 2-3 more days for delivery.
International packages are shipped out once a week & can take another week-10 days for delivery.
Once your purchased items are shipped, a UPS tracking number will be sent to you via e-mail.
To insure that you will receive your product on time, please be sure to provide us with a correct "ship to" address. Please double and triple check your shipping address before you complete and finalize your purchase.
We cannot be held responsible for delays incurred by UPS as it is beyond our control.
Incorrect or Invalid Address:
Packages lost due to incorrect address information are the responsibility of the customer. We cannot be held responsible for lost packages due to incorrect address information.
There is a $10.00 UPS service charge for packages that have had address changes. If a shipment is returned to us due to wrong or invalid address, we will make every effort to contact you and arrange for a subsequent shipment, to a corrected address. Such shipments will be subject to additional shipping and handling charges.

We use security measures to protect against the loss, misuse and alteration of data used and captured by our system.
Sharing and Usage
We will never share, sell, or rent individual personal information with anyone without your advance permission or unless ordered by a court of law. Information submitted to us is only available to employees managing this information for purposes of contacting you or sending you emails based on your request for information and to contracted service providers for purposes of providing services relating to our communications with you.

If you received a mailing from us you either: (a) you signed up to be contacted regarding our Antwerp Trips; (b) you signed up to be contacted via mail for special offers, which usually show up near your birthday or anniversary; (c) your email address is either listed with us as someone who has expressly shared this address for the purpose of receiving information in the future ("opt-in"), or (d) you have registered or purchased or otherwise have an existing relationship with us.
